These are all CPA Networks, which means that you are paid every time a user completes an offer. CPA stands for Cost Per Action. I prefer Millnic Media and AzoogleAds because the affiliate managers that I was assigned are excellent and always willing to answer my questions or give me advice.
I’ve met the owner of Millnic Media, and my affiliate manager in person and they are pretty cool!
